Hi SH, thank you for your sharing. I'll let all of our members to check the file and feedback you soon. However, For 2.5.3 and 2.5.4 I cannot say FXN will follow your requirement because we're still surveying the possibility at this moment. I'll separate this matter to discuss by email. For 4.2 The AQL that we defined in the agreement is 1.0. I attached the detail information for your reference. |

@Sheila Tu I will release this specification initial version until this week. And will be applied from the next production. So, please give me the FXN feedback by this week (0000468:0002019.07.19) and, here is updates. 2.5.3 Carton packing -> It is customer's requirement. 2.5.4 Cartons stacking method at pallet packing -> We are discussing with customers. ALT wait for customers confirmation. 4.2 AQL -> Change the AQL Level 0.65 to 1.0 thanks SON |

@Sheila Tu First of all, SKB and ALT agreed this spec and criteria. ALT is released the manufacturing spec and inspection criteria for mess production. So, please applied next MP. Please let me know if there are items that are difficult to apply to the next production. Thanks SON |

*Manufacturing Specification Page 3. 1. Need ALT help to list S/N range on PO. 2. We don't think it's necessary to inform FW version before every production because the only one who has the right to change FW version is SKB. The process to change FW version is "SKB inform ALT, and ALT informs FXN". 3. According to the flow chart, ALT will review the production documents then approve to ship out. But the current process is "FXN to ship out after we finish the production. FXN also will provide the production document at the same time" 4. According to "Attachment 4 OBA Inspection report_Rev1.0", I think it shall be provided to SKB by ALT. Instead of this requirement, FXN can provide the S/N list that we proceed with OBA for every shipment. Page 7,8. As the previous discussion, FXN doesn't test the below items in the production line SOC, DRAM, HDMI-CEC, USB, RJ45-LED, MIC Jack-Detection pin, DC Jack-insert, Bluetooth-RF radiation * I attached the checklist that we provided before. Need SW members of ALT and FXN to discuss the necessity first. Page 9. 4.3.3 Check LED => Need your help to revise it based on the comment from Mr. Yoon. 1. We're not able to test "Green light" in OBA station because we don't have right to login into SKB system. 2. We're not able to test "Blue light" in OBA station because there is no "Blue light" scenario under SKB FW. Page 12. 5.2 We have not implemented the protective film due to cost impaction that needs to discuss first by Steve and Tiffanie. *Inspection Criteria I attached our visual inspection for your reference. Need your help to check first because we're worried that we have to change the design based on your document. |

Sheila Tu Here is my feedback. *Manufacturing Specification Page 3 -1. The SKB S/N may not be confirmed at the time of issue of the PO, so ALT will be more review internally. Then let you know. -2. ALT will first notice the SW version. , Update the MPA process flow chart attached file If the SW version changes, what time should I tell you at least?? -3. Update the MPA process flow chart attached file -4. This report is based on the FXN OBA Plan. This is a basic quality report that the factory must provide to its customers. If you can not provide this report with S/N list, how do you prove to the customer that you have AQL 1.0 level sampling tested at the factory? Page 7,8. Basically, the customer should get a product that has all functions normally. And that is a basic function included in the product, not special test requirements. . In particular, HDMI-CEC and USB functions are directly used by customers. - First, discuss FXN internally, decide whether to proceed with these function test yourselves - But, FXN should be guarantee that not tested items is functionally no problem. Page 9. - will update. Page 12. -> Ok. I will check it. *Inspection Criteria I check this “VISUAL INSPECTION STANDARD PROPOSAL FOR T99X171.00.pdf”. Except for attached pictures, This is the same document as last you sent (CJ Viewing document). “Inspection Criteria” is based on SKB quality standard. and also referenced the CJ Viewing document. First, Review the Inspection Criteria with FNX quality manager. Please let me know which items are hard to apply. after that I will discuss about it with SKB quality manager. Thanks SON |

Page 3 1. We heard from Daniel that SKB issues half-year order at one time. And we also heard from your members that SKB decides their serial number range just after they issue the order. Therefore, SKB only accepts their required serial number range because they record the range into their system first. What difficult will you encounter if you list the serial number range with PO? 2. There is BMT, 3PL test before SKB decides to upgrade any SW FW. SKB could decide the implementation timing by PO number after the FW passed by BMT and 3PL. 3. a) We prepare the shipment before production. b) As my explanation, the current process is "FXN to ship out after we finish the production. FXN also provide the production document at the same time". What's the purpose that ALT requires to review the production documents then approve to ship out? 4. We don't have paperwork in our factory. All items are recorded on our system by digitalization. We deal OBA plan with other customers/operators before MP and provide S/N list what we proceed with OBA every shipment. |
